Welcome to ARQIS. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Terms & Conditions
Shipping
We ship all orders via Express Post, this ensures you receive your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for orders to be packed and shipped depending on current order volume. We are unable to rush orders any faster than the given timeframes within this policy.
Shipping can take anywhere from up to 1-4 business days with express via AusPost, to general metro areas across Australia. You will always receive a tracking number after your package has been dispatched by ARQIS to AusPost, so you are able to track your order once it has been picked up for delivery on their end.
We ask that you please allow the maximum specified time to pass (which is 5 business days) after receiving your tracking number, before enquiring about order arrival, as once it is with AusPost we only have the same information as your tracking number provides. If you have received a tracking number, it means your order has been shipped and we no longer have it within our premises.
You will always receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. Please ensure the provided email address is correct, as we also send further product information you may need within. Should you be unable to locate the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
Please ensure all shipping details such as address, name, etc, are correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for lost packages and/or if an error was made upon checkout. The details you provide are directly imported into AusPost to create your unique shipping label to avoid any errors on our end. Upon your order being lodged with AusPost and receiving your tracking number, any postage errors will then need to be taken up directly with AusPost as we are unable to make further changes.
If you believe you have made an error after placing an order, please reach out to us immediately, either via Telegram @wolfxcx or via email to ensure we can rectify this before it has been shipped, as we do try our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible which can sometimes be same day.
Please ensure to specify this matter in the email subject line or within the first line of the message should this be via Telegram, so we can catch it as soon as possible.
ARQIS takes pride in our packaging and ensures all orders are packaged safely to mitigate any damage during the shipping process. However, should there be any issues, please reach out to us so we can happily assess your concerns.
Usage
We provide quality and third party tested products that are at a >99% purity standard, purely intended for research purposes, not human use.
We advise you to do your own research into which products will suit your intended research needs before purchasing.
Should you require further information about any of our products, please feel free to send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can within Monday through Thursday.
Stock/Pre-Orders/Products of Interest
We work hard in keeping our inventory updated to ensure the website reflects our true current stock levels. However, on the occasion of unpaid orders which become forfeited or any digital errors, this may alter stock levels. Please note, we will always reach out as soon as possible on the rare occasion this may occur.
Should anything you wish to purchase be out of stock, please keep an eye out on our website for restocks or restock notifications may be listed above the shop.
We also are happy to accept emails with expressions of interest in stocking products we don’t currently stock. We cannot guarantee all products of interest will be stocked in future, but if possible, we will work on making it available for you.
Items that cannot be added to the cart are out of stock. In most cases, replacement stock has already been ordered, with an estimated restock time of 1–2 weeks.
As ETAs may change and are not always confirmed, we are unable to provide individual updates via email. If an ETA is available, it will be clearly stated on the website.
Payments
Our order system runs on a manual payment system basis. This means, upon checkout, NO payments are processed automatically.
We ask that you advise your preferred payment method upon checkout for our records and make the payment using the correct details provided immediately to ensure no delay in processing and packing your order. This is to allow for any payment processing times and keep up with stock demand.
Should payments not be received within 24 hours of order confirmation, we are unable to hold stock due to demand and your order will be forfeited. This also ensures we are able to provide the best service to our customers by ensuring our stock levels are accurate.
Please ensure to provide a receipt for confirmation of your payment via any method to ensure we are able to allocate funds correctly. This can be provided via return email to the order confirmation email. You will always receive an email upon confirmation, so please ensure your email is correct upon checkout, as we also provide further information to products and details on how to pay within.
As noted, due to high demand, there may be orders with similar amounts, so we ask that you provide this to us to avoid any confusion if personal details provided differ within payment methods and we are able to start the process of getting your goods to you to enjoy!
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges or refunds, this is due to the items being unable to be resold for quality assurance purposes. You will never receive an item which has previously been shipped to another customer.
We uphold a high standard of quality for our products, however it is important to ensure you have done your own research and carefully selected the right products for your intended research purposes, as orders are final as stated above, even in the event of change of mind, or incorrectly selected items.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions upon checkout, you are agreeing to our Returns/Refunds/Exchanges policy, as well as all other terms listed.

Communication
We are always happy to answer any queries you may have, however please always ensure to read over our Terms & Conditions and FAQ page to see if it has already been answered. This ensures a quicker answer for you!
Should it be something that can be answered within one of these pages, we may link this to you for ease of access to the information requested.
We do our best to attend to all messages, whether via email or Telegram, but please note, we do tend to experience high order & communication volumes on a very regular basis, which can result in a delayed response time. Communications are generally attended to on Monday through Thursday.
Should you have an urgent communication i.e. order details, address etc are incorrect upon purchase, please specify this urgency in the first line of the message or the email subject line so we can catch it as soon as possible
