Frequently Asked Questions

If the email you provided is correct and you went all the way through the check out to the Thank you page then you should receive an email that says 'Thanks for shopping with us.' Make sure to check your Spam folders and please make sure you checked out properly.

If you can't add a product to your cart it means it is currently out of stock. We would have already have ordered the products that are out of stock. Please be patient. ETA is usually 1-2 weeks.

After your order is paid for we mark it as paid in our system, our system does not send anything out for confirmation. Please be patient and give us 1-3 business days to get your order out, the next email you should receive from us would be the shipping email. If your name doesn't match the card used or you have used Crypto, you should email us a picture of your payment / TXN to confirm it is you.
